Personal Training is one-on-one exercise training which allows your trainer to focus all their energy and expertise on just you. They work together with you to set your health and fitness goals, then help you to get there!
Our personal trainer, Belinda, is highly experienced and fully registered with Fitness Australia. She can come to your home or meet you at an outdoor location.
Belinda will support and guide you to achieve your health and fitness goals by developing a total lifestyle program that is specifically tailored to you. Your lifestyle program integrates exercise, nutrition & motivation in a way that will give you more energy and improved health and quality of life.
Belinda also offers buddy training, where you can train together with a friend, partner, family member or work colleague. Buddy training is safe, fun and effective and accommodates all fitness levels so it does not matter if the buddies are of different fitness levels!
Your training sessions are tailored according to the individual goals and preferences of you and your buddy. As for one-one-one training, Belinda will support and guide you both to achieve your health and fitness goals by developing a total lifestyle program that is specifically tailored to you and one which integrates exercise, nutrition & motivation in a way that will give you more energy and improved health and quality of life.
