Achieving Your Goals: a 10 Week Program to Help you Reach your Target
At the PCOS Health & Nutrition Centre we realise that many of you have a pretty good idea of what you need to do to change your eating and activity levels. It is putting this into practice that is difficult!
This program is not about PCOS, good nutrition or exercise as such but will help you with putting into practice what you know you need to do to manage your condition. The information you take from this program will be applicable to all areas of your life but we will be encouraging you to start by using it to help you with your PCOS-related lifestyle goals.
At the PCOS Health & Nutrition Centre, we have been busy studying everything we can about setting and achieving goals and we have put the best of what we have learnt together with our own experiences into a program tailored to your needs. This is not just more information to read, it is a program where you will get involved in setting and achieving your own specific goals.
How it Works: each Monday for 10 weeks you will receive an email containing the information, motivation and direction you need to get you moving towards your goal. You will be encouraged complete some simple weekly activities which will help you in achieving your health and lifestyle goals.
Cost: $55
